2. Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Other Locations: 5-7 business days.
- Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service availability.
5. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹5000.
- For orders below ₹5000, a flat shipping fee of ₹200 applies.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can track your order using the Shiprocket tracking system or through our website’s Order Tracking page.
7. Order Delays

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will work with Shiprocket to resolve the issue and either reship or refund your order.
